I AM PYLGRYM uses Australia Post to deliver our beautiful creations to your doorstep, within Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the rest of the world.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours (MON-FRI) of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Please email us at email@example.com if your order is urgent.
COLLECTION AT THE VILLAGE MARKETS
Local orders on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas can choose to collect their orders from I AM PYLGRYM boutique at The Village Markets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month between 8am-1pm. This is a free service.
All associated shipping costs and charges to your order can be seen in real time as you check out. We have partnered with Addition, a 3rd party app to integrate seamless postage with Australia Post to our customers via our website.

I AM PYLGRYM offers free shipping on domestic orders within Australia above $150. This will automatically be applied at check-out. If you bulk order to take advantage of the free shipping, please note return costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Shipping internationally will mean that you may be liable to pay customs and import taxes that are specific to your country. Please note that all international customers are responsible for paying custom/import charges, where applicable, in their country.
Please consult your local custom office for further information.
All duty and import charges on orders being shipped internationally (outside of Australia) must be paid by the recipient. I AM PYLGRYM will not pay for any of these charges. Please ensure all your details are correct on your orders, including phone numbers with country codes. This helps to minimise delivery issues in your country, as well as reduce any unplanned returns.
Where items may be returned to us because of non delivery, we will refund the order, less the shipping cost (and any other cost associated to the return).
We recommend for a seamless delivery to ensure all your details are correct including a contact phone number. If you are not going to be home, have a tricky delivery location, please add notes into your delivery section that can help us and your delivery person.
I AM PYLGRYM is not responsible for loss or damage of your parcel once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
