RETURNS

As a proudly slow fashion business with strong aspirations to be a zero-waste business, we produce in limited quantities to ensure we remain aligned to our values of being a tran-seasonal label, and kinder to the earth.

Every purchase made with I AM PYLGRYM will support the extraordinary talents of the community of artisans and their families, who make each piece as beautiful and unique as you know them to be.

With this in mind, and given the limited nature of our collections, we will be pleased to offer you an exchange of size or refund as store credit in the form of an I AM PYLGRYM gift card.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from of receiving your purchase (or purchase at a market).
  • Returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of an I AM PYLGRYM Gift Card.
  • Exchanges are available on the same item only, in a smaller or a larger size.
  • We do not offer returns of any sort on Final Sale items.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn (including no perfume scents or make up marks), unwashed, unaltered, unstained and with all tags attached. Items returned that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Jewellery, including our Mala necklaces and bracelets, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. MARKETS For those that purchased from the markets, you can exchange your order however you need to let us know beforehand so we can pick the exchange from our warehouse ahead of time. Please follow the process of emailing in advance if you wish to exchange detailing your order number, and item(s) to exchange as not all styles are stocked at markets. If there is a difference in cost should you choose an exchange greater or lesser than the value originally paid, I AM PYLGRYM will either refund or charge the difference. 
  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. I AM PYLGRYM is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Returns Process

To return an item, simply email us on info@iampylgrym.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for return
  • In the event of a faulty item, we kindly request a picture of the fault to help us better our product

Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon receipt of the itemsthey will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, we will process your exchange or refund (excluding original shipping costs paid) as store credit in the form of an I AM PYLGRYM gift card within 5 days of receipt of return. 

International Returns

Please ensure items are insured and are returned as above via registered or recorded mail or courier as we cannot be held liable for loss of such items. I AM PYLGRYM will also not be held liable for any import duties or taxes when returning items back to Australia from abroad. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.

SPECIAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased in our ‘Final Sales’ or ‘Outlet’ are final, and will not be refundable. 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

REPEATED RETURNS

Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns we may refuse future orders.
